Your Personal Training Plan

During your initial consultation with Joel, he will have determined your goals and what you want to achieve. Taking these into account, where you are right now and your lifestyle, he will create a training plan specifically tailored for you.  In addition, he will create a diet plan tailored specifically for your weight, height, activity levels and age.

Your 1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions

Each session will typically last around an hour and is tailored towards meeting your goals. Joel will ensure that sessions are varied to keep you motivated and ensure that you never become bored. As importantly, Joel will teach you how to do all the exercises safely and effectively so that you will be able to follow your training plan outside of your 1-2-1 training sessions with Joel.

Your training sessions will be held at Jubilee Hall Gym in Covent Garden. Joel considers this gym to be the hidden gem of central London fitness. With its light filled gym area, state of the art equipment and friendly atmosphere you couldn’t choose a better environment to train in.

The gym is ideally located for those looking for a personal trainer in The Strand, Holborn and the surrounding areas to Covent Garden.
